History
Scott Larson was just 30 years old when he partnered with two other gentlemen back in 1992, and JMS got its start with only a couple of trucks on the road. Through the years Scott and his wife Shelly worked tirelessly to expand operations and surrounded themselves with an outstanding team of support. Scott and Shelly are now the sole owners of the company which currently runs in excess of 100 trucks. JMS is and has been located in Eastern Iowa since its beginning. Midwest values are a reality here as Scott still enjoys truck drivers stopping into his office on a daily basis just to chat and catch up on things. At JMS the family-like culture is evident in the fact that the Larson’s firmly believe every driver they employ should be known by their name, not their tractor number.
